Toes-to-Sky September 15, 2014ExercisesSSD This is an ab exercise. Lay down on your back and raise your legs at the waist so feet are pointed to the ceiling. Place your hands palm down, at your sides, near your hips. Thrust your toes up to the ceiling or sky, raising your butt/hips off the ground. Lower back down so your butt is touches the floor. Repeat.
