Your subscription keeps on growing. This week we’ve added the following plans to our $29 subscription:
Humility – This is a 7-week, limited equipment, total body strength and conditioning program. It includes strength, work capacity and aerobic training. This is the first plan in our Virtue Series of training plans which should be followed with Fortitude and Valor.
Low Back Injury – This is an 8-week training plan to rehab and strengthen your back and core. This program starts easy and increases in volume and intensity each week. This low back fitness plan is one which has endured over the years and been used by elite, professional athletes, recreational athletes, and “industrial” athletes like soldiers and firemen.
Stuck in a Motel – This is a 6-week training plan designed to train strength, endurance and durability for athletes stuck in a motel – or any place with limited equipment – for an extended period of time. This program only requires a full set of dumbbells, a flat bench, and a place to run.
Training with a Leg Injury – This is a 6-week program designed for athletes who suffered some type of leg injury and can’t use that limb for training. This program is not a rehabilitation program or orthopedic program for your injured leg. This program is designed to train around your injury and strengthen your good leg, upper body, core and lungs.
Training with an Arm Injury – This is a 6-week program designed for athletes who suffered an arm injury and can’t use that limb for training. This program is not a rehabilitation program or orthopedic program for your injured arm. This program is designed to train around your injury and strengthen your good arm, lower body, core and lungs.
