This week we completed and published two SOF selection training plans for non-US Forces. First is a 10-week selection plan for the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR). Second is a 10-week selection training plan for the German Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK).
This is an exciting expansion for us. Over the years I’ve answered questions and help with programming for non-US military athletes from many countries including Poland, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, UK, Australia, Chile, Ukraine, Finland, Holland, French Foreign Legion and Israel.
During the height of the Afghanistan conflict, I sent many non-US soldiers in the coalition forces our Afghanistan Pre-Deployment Training Plan.
We’re having the German KSK training plan translated into German – which is really exciting, and will likely be something we continue to with the plans we build for non-English speaking military selections and PFTs.
If you have any suggestions for non-US military training plans, please email me: rob@militaryathlete.com.
Canadians – on our list for a while has been building training plans for JTF2 and CSOR …. but we have had little luck finding enough selection details to design a sport specific training plan. Please email me if you can help.
