Set two cones 40ft apart. Begin at one cone in the prone positions (laying on stomach, facing the direction of the other cone). Pop up and sprint to the second cone.
2x Prone to 40ft Shuttle = Prone, sprint to 2nd cone, prone, sprint back to 1st cone.
