Ultimate Shoulder Stretch

Ultimate Shoulder Stretch or Keg stretch.

Stick an rolled up towel or foam roller in your upper back/thoracic area and stretch your arms directly overhead.  Anchor your hands on a barbell or Kettlebell and pull your upper chest against the anchor to stretch your upper back area.  Do not actually attempt to pick up the anchor.  Your shoulders are in a very vulnerable position here.
