Foam Roll Lower Back

Place foam roller underneath lower back and put hands behind head.

Bend knees and push up on your feet so that your only point of contact with the floor is your feet and the rest of your weight is on the foam roller.

Roll the foam roller up and down your back paying special attention to work out knots and tight muscles in your back until they relax.

If you feel any shooting pain immediately stop massaging that area and move on to another.
