Elevated Plank Walk Up

Start in a plank position with your feet elevated on a box or a chair.

Walk up into a push up position first with one arm and then the other. Alternate each arm one after the other.

The whole time you are doing to the walk ups, keep stomach tight and pelvis tilted underneath you.

5x Elevated Plank Walk Up = 5x Left Arm and 5x Right Arm, 10x Total
