Start in a kneeling position with the kettlebell resting on your open side hip. Align front foot up with the back knee. This adds a balance and stability component to this exercise.
Slash the kettlebell across your body, finish with kettlebell on opposite shoulder.
After set reps swap legs so that your opposite knee is down and slash from the other side.
1x Rep = 1x slash to the right and 1x slasher to the left, so 10x Kneeling Slashers = 10x to the right, then 10x to the left, 20x total.
This exercise can be complete with either a kettlebell, as shown, or a dumbbell.
