Seated Russian Twist

Sit with a plate or med ball in your arms in front of you. Bend your knees slightly and lift your feet off the ground, don’t allow your feet to touch the ground. Rotate your torso and allow the plate to touch the ground by your hips on both sides. Touching both sides counts as one rep.
