Toes-to-Sky

This is an ab exercise.

Lay down on your back with your hands under your butt cheeks and extend your legs so your feet are elevated and parallel to the floor. Bring your knees to your chest and thrush your feet to the ceiling. Bring your knees back to your chest and extend your feet again so your legs are parallel to the floor –
but elevated… don’t let them touch the floor. This is one rep.
