“EO” stands for “Equal Opportunity to Suck” … I learned this exercise from a tactical athlete who attended one of my programming courses. For a grand based core exercise – it is outstanding – and trains flexion, rotation and isometric core strength.
Begin by laying on your back. Without using your hands or feet, use your core to move your hips and then shoulders one direction.
5x EOs = 5x shuffles right, then 5x shuffles back left.
These are hard to master the technique… everybody sucks at this exercise at first and you might end up moving in circles…. Just keep working and it’ll click. – Rob Shaul
