Lie down with kettlebell in one hand arm locked out over head. Bend the knee of the leg the same side the kettlebell is on. First movement is coming up onto your elbow, then to your hand. Then you’ll need to bridge up your hips and shift your hips so you can shoot your opposite leg through into lunge position. The front leg and the arm holding the kettlebell will be in the same side of the body. Finally you’ll lunge up keeping arm locked out. Reverse the movement back to the ground keeping arm locked out the whole time.
