3 Cones in a line, 20 feet a part – so 40 feet from first to last cone and one in the middle.
– Start prone at the first cone
– Low crawl to the second cone (20 feet)
– Sprint to the third cone (20 feet)
– Turn 180 and Low crawl back to the second cone
– Sprint back to the first cone (start)
Can be completed unloaded and loaded (weight vest/IBA + Sledge or 10# dumbbell)
