Start on your knees with a 24″ box on one side, and the sandbag/kettlebell on the other. Grab the weight, bring it across the front of your body to the top of box, and back across to the ground.
If prescribed 5x Kneeling Keg Lifts, do 5x from right to left, then 5 left to right (or vice versa depending on starting side.
Any type of load can be used … dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells, rocks, etc.
