BIG 24 STRENGTH
I’ve seen awesome improvement under big 24. Below are the improvements I have seen, I can’t speak more highly about this program.
Hang squat clean:
Original: 160# New: 225#
Back squat:
Original: 250# New: 295#
Bench press:
Original: 215# New: 285#
