I wanted to reach out and say thank you. I’ve been following MTN Tactical programming now for about 2 years now. I’ve ran Humility V3 about 4 times now, i ran the motel training plan and the quarantine training plan, I just finished the PJ selection program, and on Monday I start the DEVGRU training plan, modifying where I need to so the training is a bit more specific to what my selection test is and selection itself for Canadian military Search and Rescue. I’ve also been reading a lot of your articles and small group studies that you’ve done with MTN. The programming has given me the ability to for the most part, turn off my brain and grind it out for 6-9 weeks of training, with minimal kit, and huge results.

The articles have really shown me that I’m not alone in what I am experiencing and have experienced with the goals I have and the sacrifices I’ve made and have to make. Seeing and reading what you’ve posted up has really helped me with a lot the past couple year. So all in all, I wanted to say I really appreciate, and I’m grateful for what you’ve put up for everyone and what you do.
