Some feedback for you guys. I’ve had to the athlete subscription in the past, and used MTI for training when completing coursework for Diploma in Mountain Medicine (Rob wrote the fitness training chapters in our course text), and again when getting ready for my recent successful summit of the Matterhorn. MTI programming helped me show up for all my DiMM field training, and Matterhorn climb, in sharp condition. At 51 years old, I have been in the best mountain conditioning I’ve seen in years. Thanks.
