The majority 44.3% , believe the most flawed idea is that heavy strength training slows down endurance athletes. Other myths called out include maximal aerobic capacity over power (24.6%), rucking as a replacement for lower-body strength work (21.3%), and the belief that calisthenics alone build elite durability (16.4%).
