• Prepares athlete for Smokejumper Rookie Training Course
• High Intensity, including 6 days/week, three 2-a-day sessions
• Work capacity, smoke sessions, running & rucking, overall durability, stamina
48 Session training program, with an Endurance Emphasis. Work Capacity, Chassis Integrity, and Strength are also trained, but the plan emphasizes Endurance with an endurance effort every 3rd session.
The training sessions in this plan are designed to flex around an athlete's summer firefighting deployments.
Both Limited Equipment and Full Gym Strength options.
