Training Plan & App Updates

We’ve been hard at work updating our training plans and converting them to work with all of the new features available in the MTI App available in the Apple & Google Play stores.

Over the next few weeks, the app will be updated based on our Athlete Survey to increase the app’s capabilities and ease of use. These updates include:

  • Automatically save all assessment results to your notes with a time stamp
  • Newly purchased plans will automatically populate on your ‘Train’ home screen
  • Run and Ruck pacing will automatically populate in the session based on assessment results
  • Timer chimes will not stop or interrupt your music, and if your timer is running your phone will not go to sleep/lock
  • Percentage-based loading for progressions will round to the nearest barbell weight number (ex: 135 instead of 133)
  • Generally improved Plan Navigation.

The following plans have been updated and converted. We’re diligently working down the list to transform our entire catalog of 450+ plans. Our Daily Programming Streams are built with the latest features, and the Athlete Subscription improves with every plan update.

Please note: We review assessment performance in these new plans, which helps guide our continuous programming improvement process. Make sure to use these features!
