DOT Drill

This is the DOT Pattern:

There are 5 individual sequences to the DOT Drill:

Sequence 1 – Feet start on A & B, jump together and both land on C (middle) the jump again and spread to land on D & E. Then you jump back the same way, facing forward the entire time.

Sequence 2 – Feet start on A & B, jump together and both land on C (middle) the jump again and spread to land on D & E. Then you jump and twist 180 degrees, landing with feet spread on D & E. Then jump together to C, and jump and spread again to land on A & B.

Sequence 3 – Left foot only. Start on A, then C, D, E, C, B, and back to A

Sequence 4 – Right foot only, Start on B, then C, E, D, C, A and back to B

Sequence 5 – Both Feet Together, Start on A, then C, D, E, C, B, and back to A

So, 5 Rounds
3x Dot Drill  is …

Go though sequence 1 3x, then
Go though sequence 2 3x, then
Go though sequence 3 3x, then
Go though sequence 5 3x, then
Go though sequence 5 3x.
