We’ve been hard at work updating our training plans and converting them to work with all of the new features available in the MTI App available in the Apple & Google Play stores.
Over the next few weeks, the app will be updated based on our Athlete Survey to increase the app’s capabilities and ease of use. These updates include:
- Automatically save all assessment results to your notes with a time stamp
- Newly purchased plans will automatically populate on your ‘Train’ home screen
- Run and Ruck pacing will automatically populate in the session based on assessment results
- Timer chimes will not stop or interrupt your music, and if your timer is running your phone will not go to sleep/lock
- Percentage-based loading for progressions will round to the nearest barbell weight number (ex: 135 instead of 133)
- Generally improved Plan Navigation.
The following plans have been updated and converted. We’re diligently working down the list to transform our entire catalog of 450+ plans. Our Daily Programming Streams are built with the latest features, and the Athlete Subscription improves with every plan update.
Please note: We review assessment performance in these new plans, which helps guide our continuous programming improvement process. Make sure to use these features!
