MTI’s Correctional Officer training plans deploy MTI’s Fluid Periodization programming to build the day-to-day fitness training requirements of Correctional Officers. The plans in this packet are named after notorious US prisons.
Correctional officer fitness demands include strength, short, intense work capacity, grip strength, chassis integrity (functional core) and tactical agility.
This is Base Fitness programming for Correctional Officers – engineered to address 90% of their mission-direct fitness demands. Each plan concurrently trains all 5 fitness demands.
