MTI’s Bodyweight Training Plans

The MTI Bodyweight Training Plans bring intense, high level, multi-modal bodyweight training to serious athletes.

Don’t be fooled by “bodyweight” – the four plans in this packet contain intense, high-level strength and conditioning programming for fit, committed athletes.

Each plan is multi-modal, and concurrently trains bodyweight strength, work capacity, chassis integrity (functional core) and endurance (running).

This is Version 2 of this Packet, updated October, 2023.

Bodyweight Packet Plans

Four plans are included: Bodyweight Foundation, Bodyweight Build, Bodyweight Peak, and Bodyweight Flow.

Each plan is a 6 week, 6x day/week plan. The final week in each plan is an unload week, so the plans can be run back to back.

Click the links below and see the following chart for more specifics on each plan.
