Range Fitness Challenge of the Week: “Merc School II”
Standard: 4 Hits on Target Rifle, 4 Hits on Target Pistol
Rifle Target: 8″ Round Metal target, 80 yards, (10 MOA)
Pistol Target: 1/2 IPSC Target, 15 yards
Ammo Limit Rifle: 1x Magazines, 10 Rounds
Ammo Limit Pistol: 1x Magazines, 6 Rounds
Time Limit: 60 Seconds
Procedure:
Athlete loads weapons, locks bolt/slide forward and sets weapons on table/ground.
On Go….
2x 15-yard Shuttle Sprints (each length counts as 1x rep, so 1x round trips)
1 hit standing Rifle
1 hit kneeling Rifle
2x Burpees
2 Hits Pistol
2x 15-yard Shuttle Sprints (each length counts as 1x rep, so 1x round trips)
1 hit standing Rifle
1 hit kneeling Rifle
2x Burpees
2 Hits Pistol
Comments/Notes/Tips:
– You can fail to meet the standard by either running out of time, or out of ammo. Understand you can’t advance to until you get a, “Hit.”
