During a deployment to north east afghanistan I would watch my PL do your workouts and wonder if he had lost his fucking mind. Being a good ranger buddy I decided to join in on an operator session and have not looked back since. What a great program you have created, I look forward everyday to pushing the limits and am always trying to push your program on others looking to reach their limit. I love to break the hearts of “crossfitters” I work with who think they are in good shape. Keep up the great job!!

Just wanted to write you and let you know that I ran my PFT this morning. When I started your plan I did 11 pull-ups, 76 crunches, and ran 25:49 on the 3 mile run. This morning I did 18 pull-ups, 100 crunches with time to spare, and ran 24:02 on the 3 mile run. Thanks! I’m looking forward to your GORUCK Challenge training plan.
