June 10-12, 2016, MTI is bringing a select group of mountain and tactical athletes, tactical instructors, outdoor educators, coaches and industry designers and engineers to Wyoming for two and a half days of disruptive thinking, question storming, problem identification, turbo-powered networking, and hands-on learning.
MTI’s driving principle is to “Improve mission performance for mountain and tactical athletes and keep them safe.”
Attendees for this invite-only mind meld will be tip-of-the-spear practitioners and operators who want to help us identify front-line problems, old school thinking, and tactical practices and gear deficiencies which impair mission performance and endanger athletes.
MTI strives to be a resource for Mission-Direct solutions. First, we need to ensure we understand the most pressing problems. Hence, the MTI Scrum.
