Waiter Walk Lunge

With two kettlebells or dumbbells, lock one arm out overhead with the kettlebell and the other arm hanging by your side with the kettlebell (1 up 1 down). Then lunge forward.

3x = three steps right arm up, 3x steps left arm up or 6x total. Same counting regardless of reps.
