Kneeling Sandbag Half Moon

Start on your knees with sandbag on your right or left side. Grab the sandbag and use your core to bring it over your head, then lowered to the opposite side. Repeat.

1 Rep = Left to right, then right to left (or vice versa depending on starting side)
