Handstand Push Ups

Kick up into a handstand against a wall or door and drop head down until it touches the ground then press out your arms locking them out.

If you can’t press out of a handstand on the wall, pike your legs up on a chair or bench with your back as vertical as you can get it and touch your head to the ground and press out from the piked position.
