**Note – Don’t be fooled. This can be intense. To spot yourself if needed, put your toes on a box and take some weight off your fingers if needed.
Too easy? To add difficulty, start by wearing a pack with 10#. Increase load in 2.5 or 5# increments as you gain strength.
