Set up a 4-Cone Box, 5 yards between cones
Start Prone at first cone…
– Explode up and sprint forward past second cone
– Drop to Prone then explode up and lateral shuttle to 3rd cone
– Drop to Prone then explode up and backward peddle to 4th cone
– Drop to Prone then explode up and lateral shuttle back to first cone (start)
Can be completed unloaded or loaded
Loaded = weight vest/IBA + 10# sledge or dumbbell or dummy rifle
No sledge or rifle? No worries – do it without.
