Required Equipment
A fully equipped gym, or a standard gym with:
- Barbell (with enough weight to find 1RM)
- Dumbbells or kettlebells (a range of weights)
- Space to run (25m minimum)
- Sandbag (40–60 lbs for women, 60–80 lbs for men – likely homemade or purchased)
- Pull-up bar
- 16” box or bench (for step-ups)
