Sandbag Jump Squats

Sand Bag Squat Jumps:

This exercise is very similar to the regular squat Jump. Pushing the chest out, create a shelf with your shoulders and place the bag on the shelf created. Then keeping that tight back, lower your body with a movement starting at your hips. Then explode up to jump out of the position. Land with your knees bent in order to absorb the force from coming down.
